Happy Saturday morning ☺️
I got up this morning, had some breakfast tacos🌮, and now I'm getting to work but I'm taking it on at a sustainable pace because I'm being very conscious of stress.
My skin is healing from severe acne that popped up after several months of sustained stress.
A major work project getting canceled, vax mandates at work, having covid, trying to buy a house in the craziest market ever, hair falling out, house purchase falling through, losing the ability to taste coffee... Lol.
It's been a year 😳😂
But things are all good, I'm finding balance, calm, and health again. I'm refocusing on what matters. And my skin is healing! Not there yet but so much closer and on the right path again! 😁
